The Australian Business Council of Sweden 2022 Annual General Meeting will take place on 22 March 2020 from 5:15PM, where we will elect a number of new board members, thank outgoing board members, discuss the year that was and present the Annual Report.

A general discussion will follow the formal proceedings.

4. Determination of whether the Annual Meeting has been duly convened

8. Discharge of lability for the 2020 Board members

9. Election of Board members

10. Closing of the meeting
